It has approx. 110k miles on it, has been well taken care of and just needs to be used more that what I do. I have not used it in almost 4 years but I do start and move it around at least once a month.

There are a few minor issues but nothing too awful bad. The worst being the Tires which have dry rot and starter on the generator which is bad. However, I have the starter for it. Other items are windshield gasket leaks, one leveling spring is bad, 2/3 handles on one of the compartments underneath is broken, piece of molding over one of the awnings, and it needs a good exterior cleaning. There is a slight burn spot on right side above the hot water heater where a derelict mobile mechanic did not hook it up correctly. It has been properly fixed. There may be 1 or 2 other items but the main things have been listed.
