1985 Honda Big Red 250


⭕ Im selling my 1985 Honda big red 250es. This ATC has a LOT of new parts installed on it. It has been on 2 good rides. Then I had surgery on my foot, lost my big toe, and now I cant ride anymore (its my shifting foot). It has a Brand new seat, new top end (complete new cylinder and pistons, not rebuilt bored or honed), new Clarke plastic tank, new LED light bar fitted into the headlight bezel, brand new rear tires, new clutch shoes and springs, new OEMSTD carb made for a 300 fourtrax and rejetted to run the snorkel, new throttle cable for the carb as they arent identical between 250 and 300, its snorkeled with a Xtreme snorkel kit for a 300 fourtrax with all vents ran to the top of the riser, new petcock, new fuel line, fuel filter, and oil filter. And finally it had a brand new battery thats now dead because it sat from me not riding. Could use the carb cleaned and a new battery. I can hardly walk and will not put any more time in trying to crank it or get it running. If you take the aibox lid off and kick it will turn over with starter fluid, my son messed with it a while back. You can bring a compression gauge or whatever you need to check out the bike if youd like. I also have a spare cylinder, headlight, and carb and throttle cable for it. Its got a lot of new parts and Im thousands under in bills because I cannot work or even wear a shoe, so I will keep my price firm for now. Im asking $1750. Its a little under what I have in it.
