⭕ VICTORIAN FIREPLACE INSERT MADE IN ENGLAND SINCE 1800s USING THE ORIGINAL 19TH CENTURY CASTINGS HAND POURED AND HAND FINISHED AT THE BRITISH FOUNDRY. THIS IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE MODEL OF THOSE OFFERED BY FOURTH BAY AND HAS INTERCHANGEABLE VICTORIAN TILES WITH A POPPY AND WHEATSHEAF MOTIF THAT SURROUND THE HEARTH. IN ADDITION IT HAS THE HIGHLIGHT POLISHED NICKEL ON THE DESIGNED EDGING. IT IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED WITH A SHALLOW FRONT HEARTH FOR THE BEST HEAT EFFICIENCY. THIS UNIT CAN BURN WOOD, COAL, PEAT, CHARCOAL BRIQUETTES OR NATURAL OR PROPANE GAS. THEY ARE DESIGNED TO FIT INTO A MODERN OR HISTORICAL MASONRY FIREPLACE OPENING, AS WELL AS, A METAL CABINET INSTALLATION. I DO HAVE THE CUSTOM GAS BURNER AND CERAMIC LOG OPTION AVAILABLE. THE INSERT WITH THE OPTIONS CITED COST ME OVER $3,750.00 IN 1990 AND WERE NEVER USED. ASKING PRICE SACRIFICE AT $2,875.00.OBO. I HAVE TWO ORIGINAL 1800s VICTORIAN MARBLE MANTLES LISTED ON CRAIGSLIST THAT ARE A PERFECT BLEND FOR THIS INSERT. THE INSERT AS PURCHASED DID NOT INCLUDE A MANTLE OR SURROUND. THE OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS CAN BE ADJUSTED EASILY DEPENDING UPON THE MANTLE SURROUND WHICH WILL INCREASE OR DECREASE THE BLACK VISIBLE FLAT PLATE CAST IRON PERIMETER.
