DARLING Little Petite Vintage Folding Rocker/Rocking Chair


⭕ Im selling this adorable petite rocking chair for some friends who are moving this week and have to do some serious downsizing. I believe that theyve owned it for over 50 years, so I guess that doesnt qualify it technically an antique, but it certainly is vintage - Ive never seen another one like it.I believe that it is made of maple and it has a gorgeous rose carving on the back. It does not fit a very large person, I would say that it is best suited to a child or petite lady. I am 55 tall and it felt just slightly too low to the ground to be completely comfortable for me (because it made me sit with my knees up a little bit higher than usual). While it feels plenty sturdy when you sit in it, cosmetically it certainly isnt in the best condition - but I know that there are people out there who appreciate vintage furniture enough to refurbish it, so if youre willing to rehabilitate it a bit you could own a wonderfully unique piece of of furniture.
