Alexandrite Neodymium Dichroic Lead Crustal Glass Vase


⭕ It looks like two beautiful vases but it is only one. This lovely dichroic or two color glass vase changes color and appears purple under certain light conditions and blue under others. Usually in daylight or incandescent light neodymium glass appears lavender, but it appears blue under fluorescent lighting. The vase is not marked and the maker is unknown to me. This style is characteristic of Moser, an old Bohemian company, and it was likely made in that part of the world. Perhaps Czech or other Bohemian countries. It is a molded piece, not cut glass and it is lead crystal. Nice ring when thumped.

SIZE: 8 Tall X 3-7/8 Across the top. It is heavy, weighing almost two pounds.
